Ruined Frames Ruined

After downloading my purchase of Ruined Frames. I opened the zip file to find out the I was sold empty files. All I got was titles and nothing else. I contacted Savage Effects and they tried sending me the file. But when I tried to open that file. I got a message saying that I was not authorized to open the file. So I contacted Savage Effects once again and this time they sent me a file that I didn't buy. Pixel Frames instead of Ruined Frames. Now if I wanted Pixel I would have ordered Pixel. I thought this would be a good partnership. That's what I get for thinking. I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed that they send me the correct file. Their products look awesome and I really want to use more of them but we seem to be starting on the wrong foot. Let's take a step back and see if they can get it right.
